Founder-Led, Execution-Focused
Zach Wing has always been drawn to building things. As a child, that meant tree houses and backyard forts—structures imagined, designed, and assembled with whatever materials were available. Over time, that instinct to create never faded; it simply evolved into a career spent building software platforms and integrations designed to scale, adapt, and endure.
Throughout his work in software and payments, Zach has helped design systems that didn’t just function, but fundamentally improved how businesses operated. His work has supported complex sales, partner, and operational ecosystems, earning recognition for both technical execution and real-world impact.
At Payscape (and later through its evolution into Payroc) Zach helped lay the foundational architecture that enabled long-term growth and scale. Today, he brings that same builder’s mindset to Mountain Cloud, partnering hands-on with teams to create systems built to grow alongside the business.
Jeremy Wing is a seasoned fintech entrepreneur and founder of Payscape, a payment technology company he grew from a bootstrapped startup into a global platform. Under his leadership, Payscape scaled through disciplined growth and strategic acquisitions, ultimately becoming part of Payroc, one of the most diversified payments organizations in the industry.
Throughout his career, Jeremy has focused on building businesses that endure. He has led complex M&A initiatives, guided companies through periods of rapid expansion, and remained deeply involved in long-term strategy and leadership development. Today, he serves as Vice Chairman of Payroc while continuing to support growth-focused ventures.
At Mountain Cloud, Jeremy brings decades of entrepreneurial and operational experience, helping guide strategy, partnerships, and execution with a founder’s perspective rooted in scale, discipline, and long-term value creation.
